Introducing BlueCielo ProjectForce

BlueCielo ProjectForceis a departmental engineering content management system from BlueCielo ECM Solutions. It is an ideal solution for project-driven organizations that require a sophisticated environment to facilitate the tasks involved in completing large engineering projects. BlueCielo ProjectForce can use a Microsoft SharePoint electronic document management (EDM) system for its document repository. BlueCielo ProjectForce is intended for smaller, single-department installations of up to 30 users.

The documents in BlueCielo ProjectForce libraries are available to all authorized users to view, modify, print, and copy. In order to modify a document, a user must first check it out. BlueCielo ProjectForce keeps track of who has the document checked out and displays the document’s status to the other users. After a user is finished modifying a document, they check it back into the library where it can be released as the latest revision.
